I think that a top-X list (5 for GK, 20 for D and M, 10 for F) updated every so often would be a pretty awesome little gimmick for a US soccer blog. It would go really well with some MLS Elo rankings if anyone wants to pair up and start this thing happening.

Just be thankful you didn't go to last night's game. I did.

No USMNT prospects there either.

Miami and NYRB were bounced from the Open Cup last night as well.

They should try to get Zakuani too. Will be a tough sell since his brother plays for Congo but it is possible I think.

Jozy in Italy isn't a bad idea either. I'd prefer they both stay in the EPL because it's the league I watch the most, but Italy would be fine.

id prefer fulham tbh. he'll get alot more attention there, and he's in an environment he currently likes. not to mention all the trouble serie A has been having these past few yrs.

and i'd like for jozy not to turn into a diving bitch.

Jozy just needs to go to a place he will play regularly.

Actually, him being a diving bitch would be perfect, he can create all sorts of scoring chances and then let someone else actually finish them!

I go to a handful of games each year

I like sitting by the supporters even if it's behind the net
there is a better than expected tailgate scene there

oh yeah, groupon does miller lite party deck for Fire games quite often (so look into that)

it's nice to watch McBride and relive US teams of old

fingers crossed that Blanco returns for the end of this season: he is entertaining

Lol yeah. Sick dive at the corner of the box this WC, I think it was against Algeria but could have been Slovenia.

I hope he becomes the best diver ever and wins us lots of penalties.

Yeah, the most important thing now is that he gets lots of first team experience in a big league, which I think he will.
