3rd qualifying round draw completed: Fenerbahce vs. Benfica the highlight, Salzburg getting a huge opportunity to go to the play-offs with that draw.

Are these rounds of games not even televised in Europe (other than the country of the team playing)? LOL CL minnows. You'd think the tv's would be desperate to show any competitive football this time of the year

Just saw the goals. The first touch on the opener from Eduardo was nice. Second was really well taken as well. Coutinho-esque

Also love that Celtic away(?) kit with the Celtic cross for the crest. Nicest kit I've seen this season

No idea how anyone would rank Rosenborg but their style was to be organised at the back and have a go on counter. We gave them a tanking tbh and could have had 5-1 or better.

Biggest surprise is probably Videoton (aka MOL Vidi) knocking out Ludogorets, and Basel getting smashed by PAOK.

Third qualifying round - Fixtures:

Losers of the Champions Path will enter the EL playoff round.
Losers of the League Path will enter the EL group stage.

Playoff Round - Seedings (draw on Monday)

Basically Salzburg-Malmö 3.0 confirmed.

Yeah, if you get eliminated in CL qualifying you get to play the next respective Europa League qualifying round. Used to be only for the 3rd/play-off round, now it's for all rounds. So all 47 teams that don't qualify for the CL will end up in the EL at some stage:

19 losers of Preliminary Round /1st qualifying round --> EL 2nd qualifying round

12 losers of 2nd CL qualifying round (12 teams) --> EL 3rd qualifying round

6 losers of 3rd CL qualifying round (Champions Path) --> EL playoff round

4 losers of 3rd CL qualifying round (League Path) --> EL Group Stage
6 losers of CL playoff round (both Paths) --> EL Group stage

Seems like there won't be a draw for the League Path here (only to determine home/away) because Kiev can't play Moscow (UEFA ruling since 2014). So the ties will be

Dynamo Kiev/Slavia Prague vs. Ajax/Liege
Benfica/Fenerbahce vs. PAOK/Spartak Moscow

Re: Pots, here are the Group Stage pots assuming each playoff-tie is won by the team with the highest coefficient. Otherwise, some teams might move up or down a pot.

Teams in darker shade are confirmed in the respective pot, lighter shaded ones are qualified, but can still move to another pot, i.e. Plop move to Pot 2 if Benfica doesn't qualify.

Pot 1 = CL Winner + EL Winner + Top 6 champions, Pot 2-4 sorted by coefficient.
