He probably knows he's getting fired if they lose so it doesn't matter if he makes lot of "toughest draw ever, unlucky" statements to underplay expectations.
SN you must be loving the fact getting shat upon in the first match against PSG has resulted in drawing Besiktas whilst they are rewarded with RM. MBN.

Meh, we're a team with ambitions to win the whole thing.
We play who we're drawn against, and we don't complain.
Spurs and Chelsea both have absolutely horrendous February schedules.
I'd take Spurs and Chelsea's schedule ahead of Arsenal's - Everton, Spurs and City in the PL, two games against Östersunds FK and the FA cup 4th round.
Spurs and Chelsea both have 1 midweek game in the month - how is that horrendous?
Well, my point is: If you want to be the best, you shouldn't be afraid of playing against the best, especially if you don't have meaningful games at the weekend from Jan onward.
They already do, only the other way round. Teams who had an extremely difficult path through the knockout stages and still won it get an asterisk. We unfortunately missed out on one in 2013 because we had Arsenal in the mix.
445am start time in Korea. Might have to nap through some olympics to be up for this one. On vacation this week so no worries about sleep schedule. Gonna be a super hard game obv but imo2 LFG
