A quick check shows Porto losing 2 games this season, while juve have been beaten thrice. Your point is invalid.

City get the gift again. Now outright favourites.

Happy with our draw though tbf.

RM PSG is ridiculous for a last 16 tie. The two pre season favourites for the competition.

Barcelona won't be happy either, Conte in the last 16 with a quality Chelsea side. Messi off form and they are in big trouble.

Spurs Juve also interesting. Juve slight favourites, sounds about right.

SN you must be loving the fact getting shat upon in the first match against PSG has resulted in drawing Besiktas whilst they are rewarded with RM. MBN.

Porto play in Portugal, Juve play in Italy. Porto lost 2 group matches and scraped though their group. Juve's only loss was in Barcelona. So is yours.

Meh, we're a team with ambitions to win the whole thing.

We play who we're drawn against, and we don't complain.

I'd have rather won the group, to be honest.

Spurs and Chelsea both have absolutely horrendous February schedules.

I'd take Spurs and Chelsea's schedule ahead of Arsenal's - Everton, Spurs and City in the PL, two games against Östersunds FK and the FA cup 4th round.

Spurs and Chelsea both have 1 midweek game in the month - how is that horrendous?

That's the point, your chance to win the whole thing significantly increased, in fact you're second favourites now.

Well, my point is: If you want to be the best, you shouldn't be afraid of playing against the best.

You'll play the best in the end. You can't win a CL without going through at least a couple of European giants nowadays.

Yeah, but if you beat Arsenal, Juve, Barca, and [peak] Dortmund, it stands out as exceptional.

Not so much if you beat, say, Besiktas, Spurs, Shaktar, and Manchester United.

Let me know when they start putting asteriks next to cl winners to designate that teams who won it with easier than normal matchups.

They already do, only the other way round. Teams who had an extremely difficult path through the knockout stages and still won it get an asterisk. We unfortunately missed out on one in 2013 because we had Arsenal in the mix.
