I don't particularly like him either. Maybe it's just first world problems, though. After the two literal GÖAT ÖATs in Heynckes and Guardiola, it's difficult to be satisfied with a merely "good" coach/manager.

That pass by Lukaku was immense in the build up. Not even a single replay shown of it either...

I was against signing Carlo before we did. Granted, my favourite candidate for the job was Roger Schmidt, who proved to be just a bit too meltdown-prone for us, but that's beside the point. I think we should have given Tuchel whatever he wanted, and signed him for 5 years. It's a fact, though, that we're looking uninspired since Carlo took the job.

Maybe when Nagelsmann comes next season things will be better again.

I obviously didn't base this pöst on watching the first five minutes of this game only.

Last edited by Sugar Nut; 09-27-2017 at 03:08 PM. Reason: the way we "defended" against the 1-0 was indicative of my observations, though.

Herrera and Matic just hoovering everything up in midfield. Great combo for away games. We have so much space out wide and Henrik is finding lots in the middle too. CSKA look useless. How did Benfica lose to these?

That boy that was in jail came out and said you aren't going to be spending money, so you've have changed your transfer policy and are spending money on youth players for the future. It kind of shows when your main transfer in a record breaking window is a loaned player.

Last time you competed in the market has to be the year you signed Vidal, Benatia etc (who you paid more for than us!! talk about a reverse roll!)

Even last year, I can't recall anyone you signed, Hummels whose ****ing awesome but that was it. Wasn't going to make massive improvements - Sanches too he's for the future though.

You haven't replace Lahm, Robben, Ribery etc either

Neuer being out too is a huge blow too.

There is a serious chance you'll end up being like Milan and Inter when Berlusconi and Moratti turned the tap off. Especially if you aren't getting all the best players in Germany for free.
