That boy that was in jail came out and said you aren't going to be spending money, so you've have changed your transfer policy and are spending money on youth players for the future. It kind of shows when your main transfer in a record breaking window is a loaned player.
Last time you competed in the market has to be the year you signed Vidal, Benatia etc (who you paid more for than us!! talk about a reverse roll!)
Even last year, I can't recall anyone you signed, Hummels whose ****ing awesome but that was it. Wasn't going to make massive improvements - Sanches too he's for the future though.

Neuer being out too is a huge blow too.
There is a serious chance you'll end up being like Milan and Inter when Berlusconi and Moratti turned the tap off. Especially if you aren't getting all the best players in Germany for free.
