A guy who single handedly creates a 20 point lead should be able to keep a 3 goal advantage. You should try rationality sometimes

Its also crazy how Guardiola keeps getting thrashed in european ties.

How many goals do his teams concede here? I mean the Atlético Madrid semifinal was probably running bad, but he conceded 5 against Real Madrid, 5 against Barcelona, 6 against Monaco, 5 against us.
At some point that just isnt simply variance.

yeah clearly saying again and again that this is a deeply flawed side wasn't rational. claiming they were all great was the rational argument.

just maybe admit that had barely seen them play and had no idea of what you were talking about

Pretty amazing run I've been on since Saturday if I may say so myself:

Man city half time, Liverpool full time @ 1:41
Liverpool 2-1 @ 1:17 (I closed this and the one above slightly before final whistle cuz im a pussy >.<)
Both teams to score @ 1.61 (this felt sort of high imo)

Manchester derby 2-3 @ 1:41 (not even joking I had a dream it would end like that and went with it)
Dybala hat trick @ 1:17

Has been a couple of losses in between, but this is still by far my best week ever betting wise, AINEC.

I'm so happy City got knocked out, pundits have been sucking Pep's dick a bit too much for my liking this season.

Also WTF Roma. That is way crazier than Barca's comeback last year IMO considering the general quality of the teams.

Put Roma to win the CL @ 1:67 after they beat Chelsea 3-0 at home earlier. The dream lives on!

Do you actually think it's rational to give a single player all of the credit for team success in league play across an entire season, and remove any blame from him for a collapse in a single game? A single player has far more control over scoring a goal when needed than absolutely dominating a league (a league with at least one other top ~5 club in the world) for months at a time, thinking otherwise is tremdously lol and exactly the type of logic you'd expect from a Messi slappy

this is so bad. i only watched from the penalty on, but messi didn't play particularly well until they had gone down 3-0, so obviously some of the blame is his. and didn't write "all the credit". it's only like 80%. they've defended alright at times and the goalkeeper has been fine too.

but you've watched less than 5 barca games this season so why do you even think you have an opinion?

Nice score today.

Before the game, Roma was +5000 to advance..seems crazy high, but they had to win 3-0 or 5-1 against the best team and player in the universe..

I don't usually agree with Daca but on his side here, the fact Barca still have almost prime Messi and can't get past Roma says all you need to know about the rest of the team.

No, it's Barca's fault. Dembele and Andre Gomes. Ugh, no, it's just that Valverde was poor. Argentina's coaches suck ass. Higuain misses a lot. Aguero is not that good, either. Messi GOAT 2 days ago against Leganes, but tonight was someone else's fault, as usual. Just like against PSG last year. Or Juve and Bayern when they don't come at the Camp Nou without 7 starters. Or Atletico. That's how they won the CL in 2015, as well. Neymar and Suarez were dismantling teams left and right, while Messi's highlights were nutmegs in the midfield, with 8000 replays from different angles. Neymar single-handedly turns it around PSG, but Messi is the one on every newspaper's front page, celebrating with the fans.

How about score a goal when it matters for once, huh? I mean, he has all those sick resources, right? It should be easy, right? He has so many tools, he's so talented, can create a goal from ANYWHERE, go past 7 players, score FKs etc.

This is where $$$ can be made in sports betting. A team that is really good on the counter vs a "better" team at the better team's home where that team has to chase the game. Liverpool had to be a lot >33% to win the game outright let alone the <20% they were getting from the bookmakers.

Bookmakers seem to put the odds on these games as if they were a 1 game winner take all scenario and that previous scores will not affect the tactics of the game.
