Yah, it's PSG and with the scoreline 3-1, they probably thought it was 100% over and not even considering for a second that Barca could come back. If it were Genk or someone like that, I'm sure they still would have been wary and time-wasting to the extreme until the final whistle.

I think everything just happened so fast over that final 7 minutes that everyone on PSG (especially Emery) was in a state of shock/panic and noone was there to calm everyone down and ugly the game up.
