Bergkamp is the goat, although people will probably start to see it when he's dead. Master artist style like van gogh.

no seriously... isnt speaking of the goat more like a personal opinion instead of a fact? pele did much for his time, cruyff did much for his... beckenbauer etc etc... just see the greatest players per decade or whatever otherwise it doesnt make much sense imho

Messi is an incredible talent, but overated because of the team he is on. Iniesta, Fabregas and Xavi constantly setting him with perfect balls, Villa and others on the team so the defence can't focus on Messi too heavily. He also plays in a system that is perfectly suited toward his talents. He is not the greatest of all time, and it is doubtful that he is currently the best player in the world, maybe even on his own team (Iniesta). Top 5 player in the world playing with a bunch of superstars in a system perfectly suited toward their talents can make them look like the GOAT, but appearances can be deceiving.

Yeah **** Messi, he's just lurking in the box waiting for those passes to come to him.

Yeah basically a shorter, stockier version of Pippo Inzaghi, only less prone to running off-side.

Yes, thinking the cl is a bigger deal is being a hipster. The things I learn from casual soccer follower Clark.

Pujols sucks, hasn't even won a World Baseball Classic.

Wayne Gretzky, Roger Federer, & Dirk Nowitzki suck, haven't even won Olympic Gold.

and so on...
