6-under over the last 12 holes today I think it was for Tiger. Good sign. I thought he would top 10 the US Open but he didn't have it. That was actually a top 20 though, only 16 beat him and only two beat him badly.

British is always difficult guesswork. I'd definitely bet top 20, which ins't saying much, and I'll take top 10 too, I think.

He announced he would not be playing any tournies prior to the British. I don't think playing only majors is a good formula for trying to win majors. I think maybe he has an injury he is not telling anybody about.

Yeah, he has to play more golf between Majors, need to stay mentally and physically sharp and playing a real event every so often doesn't do that. If his body won't let him then he probably hopes to run hot and win again.

The injuries are definitely slowing him down. If its warm at the Open he could contend, but if its cold and nasty that is going to be a problem.

The PGA changing months wasn't good for him. He has never played a full schedule and the switch leaves awkward gaps. He said going in this year he would play much less. He only played so much because of his ranking trying to get back in the top 50 for the WGC's.

That crap on his neck looks like he's being held together by duct tape. He obviously believes that a light schedule suits him best--almost certainly due to his health and injuries. If that is the case, I agree that he should put his efforts into the Open and the Masters from now on--the US Open and the PGA, not so much.

I think his O/U for majors now is 1 more. He is #5 in the world I was surprised to see, but I wouldn't bet multiple more majors now.
