I'm going to ignore the inanity of "10 fold" and just assume you said "yes". Why? It's not like they're going to get some huge measure of additional practice. People forget that NFL refs go through an insanely strict reviews process. There just isn't a ton of extra training they're going to get by being full time in a sport with has a 4 month season and 1 game a week.
I feel like if they commit to it they can get literal athletes at the positions that are required to train year round that could help them get into position for calls down the sideline. You see refs out of position constantly. They played with the idea of adding another ref haven't they? This could possibly be avoided by doing this.
