What's everyone doing tonight for the big game? Having some beers at home with some friends coming over so a pretty quiet one.

wrong audience on here my friend. i have tried to make threads in the past with reminders about the USA time + channel but no one is interested haha.

thought it was hilarious to see the rock doing the intro promo. dropping sentences like 'lockyer, joey johns and even GI' as if he knows who these people are. the tallis video was great also.

game was pretty good, sad to see NSW lose their minds when they had a chance to go up 1. had $100 bets on at sportingbet and williamhill, will get refunded on both (due to losing by < 8 and because NSW led at one point), but would have been nice to win. worth checking out those promos in game 2 if you didn't tonight!

I know nothing about the game but am visiting Australia and watched it last night. Everyone kept talking about it in the couple days leading up to it. Obviously don't care about either team but it was cool and I enjoyed it.

Still can't see a good reason for the video ref to disallow Inglis's try.let that stand as they should and Qld win the game and the series.

I thought it was a try also, coming from a Blue.

With that said NSW won by more than 6 so one could argue they would have won anyway.

Was a great game though and Origin always deserves a decider!

Scott knocked it on after it was knocked out of Pearce's hand (which in itself wasn't a strip or knock on by Queensland).

My only gripe is that Queensland should have been given the feed for the scrum as it was a knock on both ways but NSW first.

That vision just solidifies it in my mind that it wasn't a try due to Scott's last hand on the ball propelling it forward.

I don't remember an individual game performance better than his, but sadly I don't think anyone will rivel Hazem el Masri ever again.

Great showing from QLD, well deserved win. The blues need to regroup and let this series go, it's only going to hurt them if they dwell on the final match.
