It was obvious what he meant. It was also really ****ing stupid to imply that black women have never drawn the short stick in history. They have literally been beaten by sticks, that's the amazing irony of his word choice. Congrats.

Hillary begins her sentences with "As a minority"?

I hope ESPN dies. Same with Trump.

That said, expecting their public figures to not put the president on blast seems reasonable. Their viewership spans the entire political spectrum. ESPN would lose a ton of viewers if their announcers were constantly spewing **** on Twitter. I don't think it's a matter of her being right or whatever.

The only thing Jemele Hill should be fired for is because right now there is a 6 year old kid on YouTube eating Play-Doh, who has more viewers than she does.

Maybe because speech right wingers use that left wingers find offensive is "let's kill all the jews" and speech left wingers use that right wingers find offensive is "hey that thing you said about killing all the jews is super ****ing racist, you ****ing racist."

Take it to the politics thread so that I can stop defending the flaming dumpster that is ESPN. Let's get back to making fun of them for the actual stupid **** that they do.
So to be clear, is the policy "don't be a racist" or "don't be a racist, but if you're going to be one, be RIGHT and agree with bware's ideals/personal politics"?

You probably didn't have him confused with another poster, but that post wasn't one of his sucky ones.

And absolutely this. Right wingers aren't getting fired over social media musings on the right level of the top marginal tax rate.

I think it's safe to assume that most Trump supporters weren't big fans of Jemele Hill to begin with.

Speaking of a sucky post, unless you were going for "incomprehensible rambling," in which case, nailed it.

The mind of a right winger:

"I like Trump, he says what he thinks. I'll vote for him."

"I don't like Jemele Hill, she said what she thinks. She should be fired!"

The other hilarious part is that the stuff Trump think is usually untrue as well, whereas Hill was dead on accurate.

he is a pos. you proly noticed his horrible posts in politics where he defended trump at every turn and went hard in the pain to get rid of DACA and all the so-called illegals.

he went super hard at rahm emmanuel when he explained to the scared children that the city of chicago would no t go after them despite what trump said.

then he invented a friend that voted for trump bc of his supposed policy on banking regulations for small banks. unfortunately for him, ppl in politics actually know stuff and showed him that trump was explicitly against the policies he desired.

he got dunked on so badly that I guess he had to come here and spew.

given the idiocy the guy has posted, I would not be so quick to surrender.
