You're made of much sterner stuff than I if this isn't a troll.

-Greeny talks a mile a minute so guests can barely get a word in edgewise and is obviously in love with the sound of his own voice

-Golic often takes contrarian views (to Greeny) that just feel made-up and did he mention he played at Notre Dame and his son played at Notre Dame? Of course he did, five times last hour

-And yeah, I get that they have to pay bills, but got damn I get sick of Greeny going to the Subway Fresh Take Hotline to talk to Mel Kiper or getting someone into the Mattress Firm chair on set to discuss the Pep Boys topic of the quarter-hour, we're having trouble hearing you can you move the AMC Theatres Invites You To a Special Preview of the new King Arthur Movie, in theaters Friday microphone?

I get the hate for boring stat-based sports talk radio but there's that on one end of the spectrum and then there's Mike & Mike on the other end. If on any network other than The Mother Ship they never would have lasted as long as they did. Hopefully something worthwhile comes in its place. Not sure how the two of them competing for ears on different stations will improve ratings but I guess we'll see.

Literally couldn't find the spurs warriors score from last night. Their website is terrible.

Bomani Jones & Pablo Torre are getting their own show in a couple month, thoughts? Seems like ESPN is plucking a lot of their talent now from guests on ATH/PTI/HQ.

I thought Bomani was a good and desperately-needed addition to HQ, will he still be on that show?

I hear Dan's dad will be assuming a much larger role with Bo's departure.

The Mike & Mike impression that Big Cat and PFT do is hilarious

That's pretty unfair to Jack Edwards and (especially) JP Dellacamera. The latter was consistently solid in a period where nobody was watching and the former had a top 5 USMNT OAT call with McBride's 2002 RO16 goal against Mexico.

That said things took an uptick with Adrian Healy and Ian Darke certainly.

They should just spin off a new network, ESPNLavar.
Meh. I feel like Lonzo has handled his dad and teammates very well.

He played college basketball at Ohio State. I think titus is great he's knowledgable and doesn't have an annoying voice. What's to hate?

Kristine Leahy: discuss

I laughed when Lavar Ball said stay in your lane because I've heard people use that before, so I chuckled. I don't think what he said was sexist, and I don't think what she said was racist even though I disagree with everything she said.

i only know him from this single podcast, but i think he was the most poorly-spoken guest i've ever heard which is saying something. he could very well be knowledgeable but every time he talked he seemed super uncomfortable and awkward. maybe he's just bad at playing off simba's schtick.

Re: Sports Media Discussion (RIP ESPN)

FS1/ESPN fawn over Lavar then when he says something that isn't politically correct they have all their minions get all holier than thou.

Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Re: Sports Media Discussion (RIP ESPN)

Lavar is some random dad, he doesn't have media training and he just shoots the ****. That is obviously why they put him on air like 10 times a month.

So if you're gonna do that, then maybe don't get all butthurt that he got a little testy from her insinuating his son is scared of him.

They want him to come on and be brash and act a certain way, that is why he is on, but the minute he crosses any line they then act like victims? FS1/ESPN live for these types of reactions from him, who are they kidding?

You're exploiting his absurdity, he's using you for promotion, it's a symbiotic relationship.
