God I was so looking forward to this podcast if the Pats lost and the Cowboys lost.

Now I can't listen to it. I just can't.

the one positive about the Dez play that everyone should agree on is that it's been brilliant exposé of who's a moron. Mike and Mike is awful but I tuned in for a minute and my suspicions were confirmed. Golic has the reasoning capabilities of a baked potato.

Lol Simmons is really an insufferable homer. At halftime he tweets everything that went wrong in 1st half and includes 2 fumbles that NE recovered.

Sal also thinks the Colts were obviously going to win because all the favorites never win and the favorites were already 3-0!

Someone tell Simmons that counting crows didn't write big yellow taxi.

It sounds like the chorus to a Counting Crows song, but it's true - you don't know what you're living until you feel like you might actually lose it.

greg anthony got busted solicitating a prostitute.

not that 2p2 would care about that sort of thing but lol doing something media would report as a negative as a member of the media.

Are you sure? The headline I read left it ambiguous as to whether Anthony was the john or the prostitute.

Is there a bigger whiner about being trolled on Twitter than Aaron Schatz? He whines 2-3 times a week it seems like.

If he lost his job, the headline could read:

"SCHATZ FIRED"

this line has me furious

Quote:
It’s not Bostick’s fault that Green Bay’s special teams bit on a fake field goal touchdown pass from punter/holder Jon Ryan to backup offensive tackle Garry Gilliam, giving up the score that turned the momentum Bill Barnwell will tell you doesn’t exist.
yes the seahawks TURNED THE MOMENTUM and in their next drives punted after 3 plays, punted again, and threw a pick to capitalize off it.

Just now listening to the latest BS w/ klosterman. I for one am shocked, SHOCKED that bill doesn't understand the concepts behind microsoccer ("no goalies! They're soft!") and that he's furious that his daughter's school's volleyball team isn't hyper competitive. Dude, sign up for a club team if recreational volleyball is shriveling your balls.

The funny thing is that in Brazil and a number of other countries that are good at Soccer you're basically doing that. Not focusing on winning, but on skills, variation of positions, technique etc. When you're 7 if you play to win it's just "pass to the big/good kid" generally.
