That has to be the WOAT major media sports website. On ESPN.com I have my routine down where I click on a story, immediately have my finger on the mouse to stop the video at the top and start reading. I'm on my way in a couple of seconds.

On Fox Sports, 15-30 seconds of ads you can't nope out of before the video starts. Good thing I never went there for anything anyways. I guess their target demo is illiterates.

Does FOX not realize that 75% of sports website traffic is people scanning it while putting off work?

So many people can't do video at work, just such an lol decision.

What's the best sports website to go to if I just want a quick way to get to scores and a rundown of reasonable headlines? Are there any anymore?

I don't want to go through 50 sub menus to get a box score, I don't want to see the latest on Tim Tebow or Lavar ****ing Ball, and I don't want ridiculous hot takes plastered all over my screen.

CBSSports.com?

I use their scoreboard when having problems with ESPN and want more than the bare-bones FlashScore.

For phone apps, try TheScore. Easy access to scores, standings, and top new stories. With the ability to set favorite teams, so you can get alerts (injuries and trade news, etc.) for your favorite team.

yahoo sports app on the phone is good. has all you need and a wide range of sports. favorite team options as well. gonna give thescore a whirl now tho

foxsports going all videos on their website is so hilarious it's tough to wrap my head around it. didn't think anyone could get worse than espn.com but here we are.

the first two were pretty good. the first guy was the editor of bon apetite and he referred to pics on his instagram of a charcoal grill ribeye that is better than what I thought possible ( https://www.instagram.com/p/BVLqcsZls2Z/ )

the second guest was simmons and he actually surpised me with the depth of his food takes

the espn focused pod he did for his main show was one of his more interesting
