Yes covered by insurance usually you'll owe less than $10 for like extensive comprehensive blood work. They can check everything. Your vitamin levels. Thyroid levels. Cholesterol. Liver stuff. T levels. Etc.
Yeah bus should be covered but even if it's not there's cheap alternatives that will run you under $100. I can look them up later tonight.
Dkgo,
Yeah pretty scary. See a doc and write down all episodes from here on out. If it keeps happening you'll prob get a CAT scan to check for tumors/cte/dementia.
Also maybe you've been depressed lately? Depression can mess with your memory as well.
DK; similar but much worse occurrence is what first led me to take wife to the ER with the giant brain tumor (she couldn't remember anything that had happened for the last week). Happily for you, the doctor there was emphatic that it couldn't possibly be a brain tumor and gave her xanax for the obvious "panic attack". I'd say skip the ER and see the doctor tomorrow.
So are you guys planning on doing an UNGODLY amount of drugs for each night of Phish's bakers dozen at Madison Square Garden, or just an OBSCENE amount of drugs?
it was the pattern thing. I had it drawn somewhere but couldn't remember where (though that was just the normal "where did I put this a year ago" forgetting)
I always thought normal bloodwok was covered (cholesterol, blood sugar etc) but hormones would be more? I have elite insurance tho but haven't dove too deep
Preventative/proactive measures are usually ~free in my experience. Anything acute is an insane ripoff. It's all about how they charge it. System is a massive joke.
I find it interesting that a man who wanted to spend lots of time and money on tunnels to connect neighboring houses finds it wasteful to get bloodwork done.
