did legs today baby. i admit i dont like it. dumbell squats. 2 sets. lol. i know. leg press. 2 sets. i did it at my condo gym. i dont even go to real gym for leg day. im embarrassed that girl powerlifters or even just idk strong girls squat more than me. i did one set leg curl and leg ext. some lunges and went home. f leg day. i do stiff leg dead lift dumbells on other days.
im old. i stretch my lower back, work my lower back, strengthen my lower back. all about injury prevention. that is what i emphasize. bad back sucks. i have no back pain these days, but it hasnt always been like that. you got to do that ****. and abs. core. and if i hit my legs then f it man. good enough.
