did legs today baby. i admit i dont like it. dumbell squats. 2 sets. lol. i know. leg press. 2 sets. i did it at my condo gym. i dont even go to real gym for leg day. im embarrassed that girl powerlifters or even just idk strong girls squat more than me. i did one set leg curl and leg ext. some lunges and went home. f leg day. i do stiff leg dead lift dumbells on other days.

im old. i stretch my lower back, work my lower back, strengthen my lower back. all about injury prevention. that is what i emphasize. bad back sucks. i have no back pain these days, but it hasnt always been like that. you got to do that ****. and abs. core. and if i hit my legs then f it man. good enough.

when you DL 500 backpain doesn't exist.

i dont have the grip for that. i got into deadlifts a couple of years ago. wasnt like 500 lbs lol. but was going strong. used straps for grip. idk if that is cheating. had no coaching on form or w/e. i was in shape. boom. pulled a back muscle. sidelined me for a month. took me until this summer to get back into that shape again. scared to go heavy now. maybe i will. need a workout partner imo. if i bench heavy...by that i mean best is maybe 265 when i was heavier...im 175...but my shoulder will go. i could get into it, use some injections and massage and all that...idk man. i just wanna f good. put the pics up on tinder, attract the 1 percent of young girls that are interested in olds and not hustlers.

Late to the guacamole talk - believe it or not the ingredient I've seen people ruin it with most is lime juice. "I love lime! Get lime juice in there, don't forget!" and then it can pretty easily overpower some of the avocado flavor. There's a good balance in there somewhere but I guess people don't think it's possible to add too much lime.

Some of that other stuff, WTF. Putting mashed-up peas in guacamole should be against the law.

I've seen this but I don't buy it. A lot of store bought cilantro simply is covered in soap. If your cilantro has a soapy flavor, try washing it off. But don't use soapy water. That might make it worse.

btw this whole weed becoming legal in Canada business is so great. If any of you suffers from ridiculous chronic pain/stress/insomnia, I highly recommend you move to a state that allows it. The change in quality of life for me has been so dramatic. Incredibly fun too. Also you wanna talk about a way to keep a marriage fun, my wife is like a different person stoned. Just becomes so easy going (and she's already not too bad in that department).

Rolling Stone ranks it #365 all time which strikes me as impossibly low. Anyway I got it as top 20 most innovative albums all time and not likely to be knocked from the list.

I got it as no better than 432nd.

Probably more suitable for this thread than the TV thread... Hanging with my sis and rents last weekend, we threw on a DVD of The Muppet Show. Watched the Carol Burnett and Gilda Radner eps. It's insane how good that show is and how well it holds up.
