Superbad doesn't hold up as well on repeated viewings, and that's not even counting the homoerotic subtext.

I'm going dark horse and picking Super Troopers, at least for now.

I'll go so far as to say that Anchorman might even be underrated, that movie is near perfect.

I wasn't a big fan the first time I watched it, but its grown on me with every watching. Its definitely a very funny film.

While I like the comedies on the list, 40yo Virgin is probably the one with the best chance to still seem funny upon repeated viewing. The Hangover just didn't really do it for me the second time through. Might as well add Hot Tub Time Machine to the discussion as well. I thought that was pretty damn funny.

Snatch is funny but it isn't a comedy in the realm of what are discussing. Matter of opinion I guess, but I think having Snatch as either the funniest movie of the decade or as the top comedy is wrong.
