Wegmans has made possibly the dumbest decision in the history of human civilization by replacing pepper jack with cheddar cheese in their sub shop.

I'm still genuinely confused by the "replacement" of a cheese. Is it not a deli counter, where you can say, "I'd like a <meat type> sandwich, on <bread type> with <cheese type>, with <assortment of condiments and garnishes>"?

If not, why are you getting sandwiches there?
