What is the purpose of the law? Is it to protect young girls from being intentionally preyed on by older men? Or is it to protect young girls who knowingly break the law by falsifying their identity, drinking underage, and fooling bar staff into serving them because they were successful at concealing their age?

Edit: Then go have sex with older men under the pretense that the girl is 21+

Sethy said earlier that the original purpose of the law was to stop underage girls from seducing older men..... Just so you know what you're dealing with here.

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that judges have a good deal of discretion in sentencing in these situations.

The NCAA championship commercial is great this year. Lots of volleyball ass.

The volleyball girls worked out right after me when I was in school, so it was nice to see a ton of hot ass every week. However, they always came in at the end of my workout, which was essentially pushups to failure. Nothing hot about failing to do pushups in front of volleyball ass.

better safe than sorry. even with a real government issued ID she could be underage. People falsify birth certificates regularly enough for this to be a problem. deeper probing is usually in order even if you can get an ID.
