I don't get this whole 23yo doing a 13yo thing. Friends and I (mostly my friends obv)would meet girls and be paranoid about whether they were jailbait or not. It's not like this is some out-of-the-blue risk. Ask for ID. Also, +1 million to MT2R point about how 13yo's talk and act. Granted, I don't expect the internet nerd kid to be the most socially aware/developed cat, but still.
