He has legit inside lobbyist sources. The problem imo is that those sources get precious little relevant/good info beyond what's in the bill at the moment, and even that only has limited value because it can change so frequently/dramatically. Frankly, no one knows what'll happen so his rightness/wrongness isn't any better/worse than anyone. It's big-time Washington politics.
