Are the airline pricing models even changing due to the storm or are these price fluctuations the same as if you try to book an overbooked flight on short notice normally?
I tried to book a flight to NY a few months ago and it was originally $800 then went to $1300 then to $2100 and there was nothing going on weather or event wise, it was just a convenient time to fly and I first started trying to book 4 days out.
Last time I had to do some urgent flying, Google Flights was pretty great for figuring out how the prices were compared to "usual". A lot of times a price change such as the tweeted just means now only first-class tickets available.
God, Mobile AL and everyone lining up to fill every gas can they own. I can only assume evacuating Florida much worse.
can we draft the 2p2 posters we hate the most? like most hated in oot, politics, nvg, se etc. most hated old. most hated loleuro poster. most hated merica#28 poster etc.
I made the conscious decision not to have pets because sooner or later I'm going to have to abandon my home because hurricanes and I don't want to be turned away at the inn like Jesus' parents simply because I have a dog. So I get a girlfriend instead, who has a dog and a cat! So now I have to probably sleep in the car in order to maintain my access to ****. ****
My girlfriend's company called a secret company-wide meeting at every location today and told them they wanted everyone to contribute to a fund to send the CEO and his wife on a European cruise. 10 ****ing k is what they want.
This is after the vast majority of the company (not her thankfully) did not get raises this past year due to low oil prices. BOOMERS got some ****ing nerve.
