Of course, in the real world as opposed to my "all players are equal" thought exercise. However, given that there will always be winners, would a site make more money by eliminating rakeback and increasing rake (neither of which the fish care about) and letting the fish pay more and the pros who want to take money out of the economy pay substantially more. Would the price increase coupled with lower long-term acquisition costs more than offset the lost volume from the extra pro table hours, while providing a more long-term friendly fish environment.
