Just got to Cinci. What's my play here FACK.

I check into my room that I'm paying $160 a night for. The lobby is under construction. They put me on the second floor. There's a huge sign that says the second floor is closed due to construction. I get off the elevator and it looks like a construction site. All the rooms have blue tape over them except for mine. It smells like wet paint. Do I call corporate and complain? My room is nice though besides the smell.

I think this is the beginning of some kind of horror/thriller film. Either paranormal, or some kind of dystopian surveillance theme.

If you call corporate, they'll probably tell you there is no second floor.

No like in the woods. There was one truck that I'm sure hit a tree, but the truck looked like it had been there a while because I didn't say any of the running lights on. Then I saw another truck that was jackknifed that was half way in the woods. It wasn't snowing or anything, and no cops around. Seemed like people just left their trucks there and went home or something.

If your room has an abnormal smell it's not cool even if the rest is "nice." Add to that that you are in the middle of a construction zone, it's unacceptable. I'm thinking you've already decided to complain, but relay what you end up getting for free.

Twoplustwo really needed to do better with this whole hack thing.

When your site has been hacked and you need people to change their passwords, you need to put some sort of explanation forward.

"Your password expired XXXX Days ago, Click this link to change it" is about the shadiest thing you can put as your first message to your users.

Meh, I think it's perfectly acceptable for celebrities to speak their minds. However it's also perfectly acceptable for people to let them know they live in a bubble and don't really participate in the real world. How come Meryl Streep gets more credit for her opinion than Cindy who works in PR? Or Sean Penn is suddenly smarter politically than Bill the VP of Sales at Goodyear.

as she pointed out at the beginning of her speech, "hollywood" aka the FILM and television industry, is an incredibly diverse industry where people of all races, nationalities, religions, sexual orientations and gender indentifications come to work together. it's much less of a bubble than white rural america.

anyway her opinion is not worth more than anyone's. people just use whatever platform is available to them to express their opinion. cindy from PR has her 47 twitter followers and 432 facebook friends she can reach when she wants to launch her latest OBAMA LIED, AMERICANS DIED rant, meryl streep has the millions of people watching the golden globes.
