I am in a specialized industry. On the same day, two separate headhunters contact me about two different but similar jobs with the same company, an industry leader. Am I under any obligation to alert either headhunter or the prospective employer?

We got some PANIC here in Portland because this weekend it's supposed to be icy for like a whole 36 hours. We never have a shortage of waterheads who get behind the wheel and "know how to drive in this stuff" and end up providing solid footage crashing into parked car after parked car.
