I ended up going out last night and enjoying Wilmington, NC. Hell of a bar scene down here. So I'm gonna throw down my last remaining songs today(hopefully).

We'll start with #3. Some consider this the GOAT Christmas song. Its no doubt that its up there and its definitely from one of the guys that really makes Christmas Songs great.

I was about to write you off. Too many Jags tirades, too many football posts about offensive lineman, too many Coastal Carolina rants, too much Rangz. But I gotta say, I'm loving the Christmas Song countdown. Great stuff, and solid choices.

You weren't the only one fwiw. I'm making one of my resolutions for 2012 to try to go back to my old style of posting. I enjoyed 2p2 more then anyways instead of using it as an outlet for venting.

It means that any state is allowed to start it's own legalized operation. Online Poker is legal in any state where it's legal, but that is a gray area in many places. A ton of states have no law against internet gambling but do have laws like the wire act that could be completely misconstrued to try to apply to online poker.

As loretta said, Todd Terry says no and I'm inclined to agree with him. The PPA thinks yes, and has been taking credit for this happening which has me making giant wanking motions in their direction.

It's really too early to tell, but honestly this opinion could be used just as easily to lead state legislatures to make new statutes specifically forbidding ipoker as it could lead to regulation and legal internet poker in the US.

Terry's assertion that the phrase 'sporting event or contest' covered poker is just wrong.

i thought the wire act never included internet poker. or at least that was the assumption and this the first specific address? i guess i dont see how this changes anything if the poker world was already operating as if this was the case.

The DoJ used to work under the assumption the wire act included poker, and the question kept multiple online betting schemes (lotteries, nj iPoker) on hold for a long time.

Santa Clause is Coming to Town has many different versions, and all of them great. The Jackson 5, imo, crushes the song better than the rest. But the Boss does a hell of a job as well.
