always thought there was something very familiar about Fargo's Mike Milligan/Bokeem Woodbine, and while watching Obama's address i just realized what it is. Their voices and inflections are very similar.

Well in full disclosure, I purposely got married on NYE, because there were no significant sporting events, and the last college bowl game started at 6pm. So that kind of screws me.

Is it just with a person or a big apartment complex? Usually the terms of breaking are in your lease. Sometimes there's a small penalty, sometimes they completely refuse and you can't.

I had to pay 4 months rent when I left NY for Texas. Had to only pay 1 month when I came back here. It sucks.

Your landlord doesn't give a flying **** about the validity of your reason nor should he.

Are you underpaying? If you've been there more than a year, you're probably underpaying.
