this is how I feel. terms that clarify race are usually just added descriptors when I use them and I think I hear/see them that way too. I mean, the texans linebacker thing is clearly just a descriptor. What if they were all under 5'9" or something and he said "GOAT short LBs?" No one would care, but its basically the same thing and just another way of describing and/or grouping people.

Well sort of except a short LB would be notable because his size is a physical difference from other players in a sport that relies on physical abilities. Race, ostensibly, shouldn't affect on-field performance, so it's not really a useful descriptor.

Agree. If people enjoy MMO - and obviously many do - that's great, but there's no way I am going to invest time in something like that. In the RPG world enemies don't get stronger in my absence, and taking some time off doesn't have negative consequences. MMO is like a job, and we all know people (ex-friends mostly) who have tossed their IRL relationships aside in favor of chasing sprites around.

It's likely he meant to say FPS and not MMO though.

Oh, I agree that's the crime here. I'm just saying that, now that he's actually crossed the line enough to get banned, he might want to take a look at his posts and say "Hmm, maybe I shouldn't go to the race well so much."

He may not even realize he's doing it.
