Because at this point I'm not sure I could make it to the pai gow table from my hotel room.

And unfortunately I'll be sitting at a poker table. This trip will be more work than anything else.

No **** I'm ready to suck off the Texans. And rankings aren't likely to change after tonight's game. Even if GB loses by 40 they're still #1 and Vikings still irrelevant.

Was playing GK, defender made a tackle and the ball popped over to me. It was kind of a passback, so I kicked the ball. Made good contact despite my leg deciding it hated me.

Sure, but at least my body isn't falling apart. Not yet anyway. Still playing plenty of basketball and even had a long racquetball session yesterday.

I really do wish I was in Vegas though, would definitely try to track you down. You are on my short list of people from this site I'd like to meet but haven't yet (I am probably on your short list of people you want to punch in the face, so we would each have something to cross off).

Meh, the shoe is a really well run room but it may be the toughest big room in the nation. It's beatable, I'm just curious if I can bump up my winrate enough in LV to make regular trips worth it.

It's easier now that I have quite a few harrahs points as well.

you should sit down and get diamond-in-a-day at the horseshoe

you can do it playing 99.94% almost perfect deuces wild (15/11)
harrah's base rewards is 0.1%
already above 100% EV without accounting for all the free rooms, the initial bounceback cash, diamond lounge, and other **** (such as the turkey fryer they offered me Saturday and an actual turkey next week)

Wish they allowed a Mississippi straddle on PLO games. I probably would never travel if they did (other than WSOP cash games at Rio)

note that it isn't unlikely to lose $6k pursuing the DIAD through normal variance

Wait wut?

I already get quite a few of those things as a platinum. Really doubt -6k would be anywhere close to worth this.

Not to mention I have no idea how to play deuces wild properly.

Dr Ikes,

MGM Grand games are incredibly soft. However the stakes aren't as high as the Rio or Bellagio.

Yeah I've heard that. I think I'm going to start there for some 2/5 to get warmed up. If things go well I'll pop into 5/10.
