Came through Day 1 with 71.5k chips (average ~95k). Only time I was in a pretty big pot was when I turned a straight with KQ on a JT8A board v AQ.
Day 2 started well. I raised/4b TT, won a couple of other hands and got up to ~115k chips. After that, pretty much nothing went well and I was pretty damn shortstacked going into the money bubble.
They paid 171, and I was all in twice with less than 5 people to the bubble (I was rolling with about 10bbs or less). Passed the bubble and there was great success!
Won a couple other steals and one 3bet with KQ that got someone else to fold. Knew the double up/out spot was coming up. Facing a button raise, I shoved with 77. BB woke up with 88. GG.
Played pretty well imo.... I should probably look to play for a bit more tournaments.
yeah, I've been playing lots of these. The play is bad and you think, "I should play more."
Then, the opportunity cost hits you.
Whatever, I'm playing quite a few until I have a kid as then my vagabond days are over.
