Dead was banned on the old UBB software, and there is no way to tell who did it unless a note was left (there rarely was). When he asked to be reinstated some time back, I was under the impression that wacki was the one that pulled the trigger based off of some research involving Dead's demise. Since wacki was no longer around, I unbanned Dead to bring back The Legend. Something anyone with good taste would have done.

Well, evidently it was Dynasty who banned him, not wacki, and since he is still around he had carte blanche to re-ban as he saw fit at any time, an option which he picked up a couple of days ago or whenever.

So it really doesn't have anything to do with moderators of this forum or Dead vs. GREEAR. Hope that helps.
