yeah i don't really consider disc 2 of In Rainbows to be B-sides (maybe they are technically, idk), but the entire thing is pretty excellent. plus they do have a lot of legit B-Sides and unreleased tracks that are really good songs (probably at least 100min worth), but i imagine that would only interest super-fans like me, so...
