Anyone who says C-Vig is a bad poster needs to publicly reinforce their position so I can mock them. tut 50/50 victor=GOAT level depending on the person.

I'm not certain how the mods moderate, you may be bringing up some good points.

It's not about what FR was doing. It's the trolling resulting from his supposed death. Really just unacceptable, first for FR himself, but secondarily to the mods who built this forum. Trolling and leveling are not two of the legs by which this forum stands.

If the smokers didn't take out Chilltown, who would have won in the end? I think it's plainly obvious.
Tuq didn't even know Jetto was involved in any way. Jetto showed up posting some painfully obvious remark and got banned for being in the way. And who was victor/tut/c-vig trolling? No one cares/likes Rat. It was a couple of forgettable posts that would have been quickly glossed over but someone had a chance to turn himself into the center of attention and took it. The mods didn't built this forum either nobody gives a **** about the mods.

Many times, in order to avoid the grandstanding to which you allege and avoid disruption, I'll just send a PM to someone letting them know a situation has been handled.

But of course you don't care about any reasoned explanation, you're just trolling and contributing nothing as is your standard.
Trolling would be acknowledging you any further. I really don't care what you say since this isn't (suppose to be) about your rather your inane actions.

Thanks, will tone it down.

I've been off the roids lately so my posting hasn't been up to par. Any tips?

the irony is even if i was the forums biggest unbanned problem child i'd still be far far far less detrimental to this forum than u have been as a mod

who the hell levels on 90% of there posts? rat levels on 100% and no skyper is prob above like 25% aside from him. u guys are jus horrible at picking up levels so u throw around hilariously inaccurate percentages. for example, dye has been leveling for like the past 5 posts hes made and no one called him out on it except for franchise, u guys actually thought he was being serious

From a moderator's perspective I have always tried to do right by the average user, the person who just wants to discuss sports with a little inevitable trolling that comes with the territory.

A huge mistake was made by thinking that high volume regs such as yourself were above discipline and that you would lead by example. Instead you have been given more than enough rope to hang yourself, and in the process tarded this forum up beyond belief. You rarely try anymore, and when you do it's more than offset by the trouble you cause. And, ironically, the rope you have been given has emboldened you to call names to the people who have enabled you to become full blown AIDS to the forum.

I'll consult with the others but as far as I'm concerned you're not welcome here anymore. They're welcome to object but this discussion has happened far too many times.

Typical talk of a guy on his last legs. Trying to lessen your sentence by throwing others under the bus.

I've got a dumb idea.

SE BAN nomination thread. Posting is the thread is limited to those with X number of posts in SE over the past year/whatever time frame.

Anytime someone on this forum reads a post that they believe to be trolling/inappropriate, they would come to the nomination thread and quote the post. The original original poster would then be given the opportunity to defend their post. If they get five (or however many) seconds from other regular posters, the OOP would be given one point. After a poster collects three (or five, or whatever) points from the nomination thread, another thread would be started with a simple yes/no 'should soandso be perma'd from SE'. Simple majority rules, with the caviat of having to be somewhat of an SE regular in order to vote.

Who is on board for this ridiculously convoluted, impractical plan? It would in theory put and end to biased mod decisions. There would still be bias using this plan, but it would be decreased, or smoothed out, or whatever.

Mods would still exist to delete spam, NSFW stuff, and enforce other 2+2-wide rules. SE would have no forum specific rules other than the thunder dome.

also contrary to tuq's belief, skype doesn't constantly coordinate attacks on se (infact i can only recall two coordinated efforts let alone "attacks" in the over year period that skype has been around. 1 was the troll in pudge's draft and the other was the rat stuff that jus happened). tuq thinks we do other stuff like try to outlevel the entire forum together which is false, infact if u go on skype it's pretty much every poster ****ting on one another. no one brings up their levels or tries to coordinate levels or w/e tuq thinks we do.

another issue is that while skypers do level even with their levels included their isn't 1 skype poster except for flyingrat who is moar wrong than a lot of tz/se posters. in particular guys like tsc (who thankfully doesn't post much in tz anymoar but still brings his wrongness to other threads), seadood, mebenhoe (who is a mod lol) and even bobbo (altho i like bobbo a lot as a poster and some of his wrongness are def levels but still) are way moar wrong than any skyper aside from rat (but rat is legit in level mode 100% of the time). it's ridiculous that these guys can walk around being wrong so much yet never get banned for it while the occasional skype level is pounced all over.
Can we also ban for posting like a 12-year-old girl texting?

I know I said I'd shut up, but this is a more general thing so I'm allowing myself...

The problem with this is that ignoring any of the specifics of SE, the posts that obviously break the rules are easy for mods to deal with assuming they see them. It's the folks that are smart enough to stay within the lines mostly, but constantly do little things that are problematic. You have to look at people's overall body's of work, and even then it can become a judgement call for a mod. You end up basically having to judge people's intent, and that's tricky.
