Swype sounds like something that could be useful I guess, if I took a few minutes to learn it.

One more phone question. I have a Droid and it seems like with the recent software update I now frequently get something like a "Media Volume Warning" when I'm listening to Pandora and it says how listening to loud music is harmful blah blah. Then it auto-reduces the max volume to 70% of what it was. The only options to the window are "OK" or "Cancel", which both result in the volume reduction. Anyone else get this and can I disable it somehow?

EDIT: I googled this and it sounds like I'd have to root the phone to get rid of it

Yeah you're using a ****ty modded OS, not pure android. One of the hazards of buying a phone from a manufacturer that has terrible software engineers/designers which is everyone but Google, Apple and maybe MS.

Go with what your are comfortable. Swype on an Android phone is definitely faster. Train yourself for one day using only swype and then you will be a pro at it.

2) George Thoroughgood 'One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer'
3) Bob Marley live mashup of 'This Train' and 'Guava Jelly'

If you've checked out my wife recovery log recently you know I'm rapidly approaching meltdown. Could use suggestions for happy songs that work for you. I'll proactively try 'Cruise'.

Had to leave home at 4:30 to have GF at airport to fly to OH this am. Ongoing family emergency (mother is dying of brain cancer), so ticket was purchased last night. We get there, I drop her off and start the 30 mile return trip through the country and right as I hit civilization I get a call that the ticket was purchased for the wrong day and have to go back to the airport. Got it all fixed but depending on variance today can end up being an all-time great or very, very bad.
