Woat way to start a day. Get a loud banging on the door about 40 min ago. Answer it disoriented as **** and its the concierge saying "we have a water leak reported from your unit." Well that woke me up real quick. Walk around the whole place and see nothing at all and he goes to check the unit below to see where it's from. Finally comes back and it's from the pipe feeding my hot water heater. Apparently a bunch of units on my line down the bldg have issues varying from no water at all to leaks from the same line of piping right now tho so the good news is that I don't think I'm liable or will have to come out of pocket. Bad news is that maintenance comes in at 630 and I have no water til then. Hopefully it's fixed in time for me to shower for work.

thats what im wondering. its pretty dead in the fantasy forum; i might remember to go there once every 3 days. I haven't seen a legit reason for it not being allowed in the main forum. Maybe the buy in is $9,950 too low or something.
