Not this! Crepes are so easy to ruin if not cooked properly. A bad crepe is 10x worse than bad french toast/waffle/pancake/etc.

True, but the run-of-the-mill diner isn't going to serve a crepe. I feel like it's much harder to get a bad crepe. Most places serving them aren't going to **** them up and generally are creperies or known for their crepes.

Go to IHOP and you shouldn't be surprised if their crepes are awful. It's pretty easy to know not to order them in that situation.
