Seems like he had the ultimate personality conflict, reflected in a half measure of the hipster/casual/hobo style and the business/professional style. That watch looks like something he just found. Just hilarious.

All the buildings have 'Historic Rebuilding Project' signs on them. They should probably start sooner than later.
