N, not at all. I just don't think they're really overpaid. IMO it's not a desirable job at low pay so it should pay decently.

It's not a terrible goal for an employer though if they aren't losing workers over it.

Today I push wife to pick up our rehab routine and try to get her to snap out of the depressed malaise she's been in for almost 2 weeks since the fall and evident concussion.
