Someone told me prior to it happening that he thought that making Needle77 a moderator would be a bad choice for his health and he would be miserable handling it. It appears that person was probably right but it's kind of a shame.

Ha...2p2 has never affected my health in the outside world. Waiting on a response about your future everyday for 4 months begins to wear on an individual. Doesn't help that I am doing that whole full-time teaching thing without seeing pay because I'm a student.

Life becomes slower come May 1st. I promise by then my A+ modding and A++ posting will be back. Until then I'll lay low as I have in the recent months...exhaustion being the #1 cause of that.

It makes me furious.

Theres some upsides and downsides. Speaking from personal experiences, that route got me exiled and on the fast track to being perma'd for a little bit. however, it also grants a little notoriety in the form of a well and two gimmick accounts. Just do it at your own risk and pick your battles wisely because the higher ups are never going to take someones side over a mod (unless your jaylv and pay them straight cash homie) they appointed since it reflects badly on them somewhat and it takes to much work and effort to change the status quo if it doesnt really affects there business of selling books in the long run somehow.

Having said all that, I actually agree wit 7 2 off though in this matter. the only meme i really like is $how your work because its a nice way of saying "it seems like your talking out of your ass, but please enlighten me as to why you have that opinion and im open to changing my mind." its a nice way of keeping people and trolls in check from making outlandish statements where as other memes like "you mad" just shows a lack of creativity and like epipen said its not even true 98.4% of the time. haters gunna hate has to go as well because its basically a persons way of saying "im to lazy to $how my work, so agree or disagree with my subjective opinions."

I don't like the idea of banning any meme. There is already a precedent set for people sucking, so if someone is overusing "you mad" or another meme, ban them for sucking imo.

I think you're forgetting a few big differences between you and Victor. Mainly, Victor doesn't suck as a poster.
