Just played 54 holes of golf in the last 2 days and am now back.

Tullymore/St. Ives is a great resort area and a couple of solid golf courses. Came like 8 inches from a hole in one (never had one career) and had 2 lip outs for eagles. Shot 95-88-86 and finally feel like I might be close to regaining control of my golf game. Somehow yesterday I was sober for the 95, had like 3 beers on the back 9 and 2 Bloody's between and shot way better in the 2nd.

either way, i thought i was going to hate the 1 character per show feature approach and did hate it at first but i've come to really like it. kinda disappointing there's going to be a movie and nothing more after this season

Just got told I'm golfing tomorrow. It'll actually be my 3rd time out this year but I'm god awful and quite disappointed that it's going to interfere with afternoon drinking on memorial day. Going for shooting under 110 and par'ing a hole. I plan on grabbing a 12 of yuengling and a 4 loko tomorrow morning.

I can't drink and golf anymore (unless I'm playing a twilight session).

It ruins my game and day if I start drinking, unless I keep drinking for the rest of the day/night (which is rare nowadays, so I just don't anymore).

Visited here last year. Aside from the cold red wine, thought it was a solid dining experience.
The server tried to convince us the reason the glass of wine was cold was because, by the time our entree would come out it would be of perfect temperature to drink with the meal. Who's going to sit on a glass of wine for 20-30 mins?

I'm sort of the same way in that golf is like the one thing in life that I am super competitive in and I can't stand going out and playing ****tier than I otherwise should. Basically I have to be in that mode of thinking - like if I'm playing a round with my golfing buddies then there's zero alcohol involved. But every now and then if I'm with the "in-laws" or another group of friends that doesn't golf much and just wants to **** around, then I'll get drunk and it's still a great time. I just have to go into the round knowing that it will be ****ty.

We get Capital Grille delivered every couple months for lunch. Ribeye sandwich with mashed potatoes confirmed elite.

I don't usually casually drink while golfing. I'll either be competitive and play as well as I can or just go to drink as much as I can and don't care about how I played.

Of course on Saturday I played markedly better while I was ****canned than when I was sober.
