I've always been very pro seatbelt. Got into a major accident 11 years ago (can't believe it's been that long) where 3 cars got totaled on the highway (I was one of the 3 cars). Seatbelt = no damage to me minus cuts, bruises, and whiplash. Entire front was smashed in. I personally think people are morons if they don't wear one, BUT, I also think a rule ENFORCING people to wear a seatbelt is moronic.

i understand enforcing it, probably a plus move for the populace with mortality in accidents and insurance rates. which is weird considering michigan is a state where you're NOT required to wear a helmet while riding on a motorcycle.

i'm usually wearing one, but this was like a 4 block commute where i spent ~10 sec on a 3 lane road. really not necessary in that instance, where i doubt went over 25 mph. but i've run really good on not getting tickets for the past 5 years so it's nbd.

I'm not a soup guy...but the best soup I have had was a tomato soup at Ferraros (Maui). I think they had a balsamic glaze that really put it over the top for me (aside from just a perfect overall seasoned/textured soup).
