14 min mile is basically jogging 1/4 mile and walking the rest of the way.

I was not a fat kid but I was in terrible shape and had zero stamina. I remember in like 5th-6th grade I ran 10:38 then 8:10 the next year.

The quickest treadmill mile I ran was at age 24 in 6:05. Not sure how that translates to a track. Don't think I broke 6 but it wasn't my goal. Was just in decent shape back then and one day decided to run kinda fast on the 'mill and see what my mile was.

There's a bit of a decline on most treads.

A 6:05 tread translates to about 10:39 track.

I'd rather walk a 14:00 mile than attempt to run it.

random thing I've been wondering: you know how after a big meal, say thanksgiving or something, you have to take a **** within like 10 minutes of finishing?

what meal is that you're pooping? the one before the big meal you just ate or the big meal you just ate?

Doesn't it take like 24 hours to digest food? So you're ****ting out yesterday's bloomin' onion. Well, like 2,200 calories of it. The other seven hundo have found their way into your love handles.

The newsroom is pretty much liberal porn + some lol relationshipy stuff. If you're not a conservative, you'll probably enjoy a bunch of it.

Yeah it has some solid moments, but has times where it is just unreal preachy and elevates being a news anchor to just lol heights.
