Hmmm...based on some similar experiments, I'd think adding kale & lemon would make it work. Blended, ldo.

Sorry to exhume this dead rotting corpse of a discussion that everyone wants to keep buried but I looked into this and it's not phb - it's another forum reg entirely, albeit one I'm not familiar with. Just wanted to clear that up. Not sure why you didn't consider the possibility that someone else entirely would reg a phb mock gimmick.

Skip the store and order it by the dozen on Amazon. I go through at least two bottles of this a month.

Sriracha is a bit thick, so I dilute it with about a tablespoon of melted bacon fat first. It spread out in the bowl better, and the fat gives it more hold to the meat. You're then basically binding your burger with sriracha.

I always see this and use it in the taquerias, see it in the stores, but I never buy it. I need to make this a must-have for verde.

Second this. Great addition to any homemade stir fry sauce. Better used during the cooking process than as a condiment though.

Wish I had taken the time to post before this to say it is painfully obvious that it was like +900 that it was NOT some other reg

Any other elite sauces or spices I should be adding to my list?

yeota: is that Chili Garlic Sauce distinct enough to be worth having in addition to Sriracha?

Yeah. The texture is better for cooking and marinades without adding fats or oils.

yes its definitely different.

does have a strong garlic taste, less sweet than sriracha, and still has good amount of heat.

as somebody mentioned it is a little better to use in the cooking process than as a plain topping, though I have had success putting it on top of chicken or in tacos. probably not as versatile as sriracha.
