No opinion on dead vs live capture. I don't really see many sequences that end in capture, though. He'd basically have to be naked and unarmed or passed out from blood loss. Already shown himself to be way too dangerous to use anything other than lethal force to ensure another cop or bystander doesn't become a victim.

Hearing the uncle talk about AOL was awesome. It brought me back to simpler times. Here's an exerpt of his interview:

CNN: "Yes? Then what ?"
Uncle: "Then it's 'you've got mail!' and so I check my mail and it say AOL version three point zero is coming to my mailbox soon and I can has seventy five free hours of the AOL internet for free of charge!"
CNN: "Then ...when did you see your nephews?"
Uncle: "Then I click on image of guy who look like my nephew and sure enough it was him. I cannot believe it. AOL is amazing. So much information - so fast."
