Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga might have the greatest gap ever between album quality and album title quality. Listening for the first time in a year or two, just a really ****ing sharp, well-constructed album top to bottom. Great songs, too.

0330 ~10oz mountain dew. First dew in like ten years at least, maybe the 5th of my life. Ran out of five hours and had only a vending machine for caffeine source

0345 16oz water

0830 12oz black coffee and 20oz water

Also I'm pretty sure that very few Olympic medals have been won by athletes who drink 4 liters of diet coke a day.

So I'm taking a break.

0415 wake up
0430 16.9 oz bottle of water
0450 16.9 oz bottle of water
0500 workout - sipped another 16.9 oz bottle of water
0700 16.9 oz bottle of water

Mountain dew is gross, yo

It's weird cuz when I was a teenager it would have been "a programmer who binge codes but doesn't drink mt dew?"

I've probably been more things that should drink copious soda as well if I think hard enough

I remember I was in charge of restocking the pop machine for my quasi-frat house one year.

We had like 60 people in the house, I probably had to restock the Mountain Dew Code Red at least twice a week.

Good for you, kkc. Also, regardless of health of diet vs regular, at your rate or really even a fraction, they're both going to destroy your teeth and give you kidney stones, and possibly wreck stomach lining

You get heartburn? See if you do after a week of no soda.

CapriSuns definitely the defining childhood beverage for me. The 8 oz "can easily drink this in 15 seconds" container/straw delivery system, the adventure of getting the straw through (you could stick it through the bottom, too! but good luck if it breaks), stomping on the empties to make them pop and covering the basement floor in a light CapriSun mist in the process. We pretty rarely had them at home, for good reason, but the adults would get packages for the kids in any sort of gathering, and I'd just down like seven over the course of an evening. Good times.

I'm convinced Capri Sun was invented as a way to discover what 7-year olds would turn out to be future surgeons.

I guess I'd heard it before but if so it didn't stick. Certainly a true statement though. Reminds me of the Tucson shooting, the local online rag milked every possible angle about everyone involved for months on end afterward, way way past any normal person's capacity for caring.

As I posted earlier, Rockstar Recovery Lemonade is the nuts for energy drinks. You didn't even list the megalow sugar content or that it actually tastes GOOD. I buy them in bulk and drink one in the morning probably 4 days/week. In fact I finished one off about half an hour ago.

I probably couldn't function without caffeine in the morning, since without caffeine I'm in zombie mode until about 10 AM, no matter how much sleep I get.
