The simply orange plus mango is the best screwdriver mixer ever. Simply apple is just crack.

ice cold skim milk ftw

milk seems like one of the places where it's pretty easy to cut out the much more unhealthy option

Having this right now:

Grande Light mocha frapp: 130 cal
"bistro box": 260 cal

Bistro box has hummus, cold chicken breast, cherry tomato, cucumber and wheat pita.

Hummus and chicken are really well seasoned. Pretty solid snack while I wait for my awkwardly timed 6:30 baseball game.

As far as drink breakdown, i used to be all about milk but drink it much less due to calories.

Every morning: 1 16oz coffee or 1 diet soda

Gym: 16oz propel zero, then refill with tap water 2-3 times. Milk based protein shake after.

With dinner: diet soda almost always

Later: diet soda, milk or water depending on mood (or nothing)

With Milk, "health" is something of a misnomer. It's all about what you want to do. For me, it's eat about 2300 calories a day, so a 1/4 gallon of milk is right in line when what I already eat (which isn't much sadly). For some, they want 5000 cals a day, so whole milk is closer to what they want.

All about what's you're trying to do.

It's not just milk--I'm pretty sure if Dante were alive today, he'd make "Trying to ascertain what's good nutrition and what's bad" one of the circles of hell.
