There's a online poker thingy that's going to be attached to the tax cuts that's been on the news for a while to regulate online poker, but if it passes there's a 15 month "blackout" where there will be no online poker.

Pretty sure that's basically it. 15 months of nothing on Stars/Tilt so the government can set up regulations or whatever then it's legal after that. I think I read somewhere that Bodog might just ignore it since they have so much sports betting and they've already been illegal for so long that it isn't going to matter to them.
