It's about 5-10% better for you, but I doubt that matters for most of us. Since we can safely assume I didn't post that picture because I think Dr. Pepper is a health drink, it's safe to infer I meant it tastes awesome (which it does).
Before this goes any further, I should point out I don't really believe it's the "best drink in recorded history" either, I was just exaggerating because it tastes really good.

Maybe, maybe not. HFCS has historically been cheaper (Thanks to corn subsidies aaaaaaaaaaaaand we've come full circle), so food manufactures were happy to toss HFCS in when sugar would've been too expensive. Recently, the cost of HFCS has dropped sharply, no idea why, so that's less applicable now.
