They hardly ever do this though. I mean, I don't even know if that profession exists in real life, but if it does, it's definitely all about ripping off old people for as much as you can get away with. Yet, it seems like 95% percent of the stuff they end up buying, they end up paying something like 50-75% of their appraised value. There's just no way a real business could support all their costs paying that little markup, how quickly can a bunch of rusty signs fly off the shelves?
